Wanted to single out this fine gentleman right before he released his lantern at the Yee Peng festival in Thailand! Wanted to get a kid's perspective on this picture. That moment that we all have had when looking up at things much bigger than ourselves. The lanterns are a symbol for letting go of ills and misfortunes in your life. The number of people letting go of these lanterns serves as a big reminder. There is a lot of pain out there and a lot of people working through that pain. So it's fair to say you are not alone in your ills and misfortunes. Sometimes these ills or misfortunes cause people to feel alone like it's only them suffering from the thing they are going through. I would love for you to reach out and find that there are many people with problems just like you. By doing that at least the feeling of being alone goes away.
