Fear

We stopped by Manzanar Internment Camp on the way down from Mammoth Mountain. A total of 11,070 Japanese Americans were processed through Manzanar during WW2. Many had spent 3 and a half years there. The thing that was ringing through my mind as I took pictures around the camp was the word fear. Fear can be such a strong motivator and tool of manipulation. Fear can change the way we look at our neighbors. Fear can change the way you treat our fellow human beings. Let's try and not let it control us today or tomorrow or the next.
