While walking down the street in Cebu, Philippines I saw this woman cooking. When I came along she was looking down making a meal for a customer. I set focus on my camera and was ready to go and then she noticed me and looked up. I was able to get that moment right before she realized I had a camera. That's a great moment cause you get to see the human behind it all. Not smiling cause they want you to know how happy they are. Not shy from all the self-doubt.
