Times in New York

I know you and I know you need a note on progression. It could be photography, teaching, or patience. You look forward to where you want to be, but if you only look forward you can become hopeless. You have always had big hopes and dreams for yourself with anything that you go after. But the process is long and full of bumps and bruises. Smiles and tears. Highs and lows.

-

But you know that.

-

So when you tip over to hopelessness, that feeling of what you want is too far away, too big, to outlandish you look back. You stop, you take a breath you look back on how far you have moved forward in your path. And I want you to celebrate it.

-

When peace comes back over you and you can see clearly that’s when it’s time to start on the path again.

-

A note to me.
