Beautiful Failure

This is a lantern that never made it to the sky during the Yee Peng Festival in Thailand. I thought it was strangely beautiful just laying there on the ground with its oil spilled across the street. While editing the picture a thought kept creeping into my mind. In my experience, initial failures can still become beautiful moments in our lives. They often, for me, have been platforms to bigger adventures. There is still pain, there is still sadness, there is still anger, but there is always hope. We will fail at one point, let us try and make it a beautiful one. :)
